THE FOUNDER
Razan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Macalester College and delved into her passion for diversity, creativity, and culture by working with Villa Moda Lifestyle, an avant-grade fashion house in Kuwait. Subsequently, she joined The Rug Company in Dubai, a renowned London-based firm specializing in designer hand-knotted rugs.
The brand Fastoun, derived from Razan's nickname given by her father, reflects her experiences at home and abroad. Through Fastoun, Razan's collection showcases her eye for masterful craftsmanship, featuring contemporary designs exclusively sourced from regional artists. Each piece in the collection is carefully selected to narrate a story of originality, combining old and new elements to enrich the spaces they adorn.
